What We Do

We consult with employers to recover workers compensation premium overcharges that are contained within policy classifications, payrolls, and the experience modification

By applying 30 years of knowledge and experience in workers comp costs, we can lower your insurance bill and recover overcharges that have occurred in the past.

We check for insurer errors in the payroll audit, NCCI class codes, and the ex mod along with other elements that comprise your premium. The premium auditor works for the insurer, not you. His or her loyalties do not parallel your organization's best interests.

Oftentimes disagreements occur between the premium auditor and employers. Disputes over classifications, missing credits, inaccurate data in the ex mod, and excludable payroll can be efficiently resolved with our access to industry resources and industry insiders.

Fees can be negotiated by the hour, a flat rate, or contingency

Since 1979 our specialty has been to identify and recover workers compensation overcharges. We detect the subtle overcharges in your ex mod, class codes, and premium audit; then save you money on your present, past, and future workers compensation policies. Mistakes that occur in one year are usually repeated in future policies.

We audit the auditors.
